Time Reality is operated by ALGOTYX. This notice explains the data needed to run the app and how to contact us about it.

What we handle

Your Clear Mind account uses an email address, account identifier and sign-in session. If you choose Google sign-in, Google helps authenticate you. A Blink purchase key is checked on the server and linked to one account; our database keeps a purchase reference and access record, not your full key.

We store the connecting network address and auth route in Cloudflare D1 to limit sign-in abuse. Google sign-in tokens are encrypted before storage.

The app saves events, activities, time measurements, settings and an active timer in your browser. With an eligible account, events, activities, measurements and persistent settings synchronize through our Cloudflare service. The active timer and temporary interface state stay on the device.

If you send feedback, we send the message and any name or reply address you provide to Resend for delivery to our team. We store a keyed hash of the sending network address and its last attempt time in Cloudflare D1 to limit submissions to one per 24 hours. The form does not require an account.

Why and where

We use this information to provide sign-in, verify a purchase, save your work, synchronize selected records and respond to support requests. Cloudflare hosts the app and its database and may process technical request data. Google is involved only if you choose Google sign-in. Blink handles purchase and license verification. We do not use Time Reality data for advertising profiles.

Your choices

You can use the local planner data on your device and control browser storage through your browser. Clearing browser storage removes the local copy; it does not by itself remove synchronized data or your purchase record. Signing out also leaves local data on the device. To request access, correction or deletion of account or cloud data, email support@algotyx.com. Check any important plans before clearing a device.

Security and changes

Account sessions control access to cloud records. Server requests scope personal records to the signed-in account. We may update this notice when the product or its providers change and will publish the revised text here.
