Terms of Service

Time Reality is an ALGOTYX productivity tool. These terms describe access to version 1 and the limits of the service.

Access and purchase

For the planned V1.1 lifetime offer, a valid Blink purchase gives ongoing access to major version 1, including maintenance updates to that version, with no fixed one-year expiry. Major future versions, premium cloud services or new paid features may be offered separately. Other Clear Mind products have separate access rights.

Link the purchase key to one Clear Mind account. You may use that account on multiple devices. The key cannot be claimed by a second account. Google or email sign-in accesses a Clear Mind account; use the same account across devices. The key itself is not a sign-in method. A refunded or revoked purchase may lose access. Payment and refund details are shown by Blink at checkout.

Your data and availability

You are responsible for the content you enter and for checking important plans independently. The app saves changes locally first; cloud synchronization needs a working connection and eligible account. Sync conflicts may pause synchronization rather than overwrite a newer record. Online services may occasionally be unavailable.

Use with care

Time Reality estimates time and helps with planning. It is not a medical device or a safety-critical timing service. Do not rely on it alone for emergencies, medication, transport deadlines or other decisions where a missed time could cause harm.
